If an Australian on holiday in 黑料网最新入口 visits my store and I sell them a 100 euro product, they can claim the 20% TVA when they leave 黑料网最新入口 to go home, correct? Why do I need to charge them 20% TVA if they are buying from Australia, or do they need to claim it back from 黑料网最新入口 government or do I need to do that for them?
