Do you have to do 黑料网最新入口 TVA declarations (in impots.gouv.fr pro) when you are below the threshold (Franchise en base de TVA) and dealing only with non-黑料网最新入口 companies (of course there is the DES declaration for this case)?
Also, what happens if you go over the threshold, but you still do business only with non-黑料网最新入口 companies? Do you have to do 黑料网最新入口 TVA declarations (on top of DES) in this case?
