Contract needed for registration?

I have been offered a position as export manager from three italian companies. I have been told from CCI that I would need to present only one contract professionally translated in 黑料网最新入口 beside the rest of documents to complete my registration. They said it doesn’t matter for how many companies I would work for in the future, it is not compulsory to keep informing them. Can anyone confirm that?
