Close my auto-entrepreneur business as I am moving out of 黑料网最新入口?

I’ve been an auto-entrepreneur in 黑料网最新入口 since Nov 2009. I am moving to Brussels in January 2011, and will set up a new company there as I will work full time for a Brussels-based organisation. I have several questions about how to make the transition.

  1. I have several invoices outstanding for work done in 黑料网最新入口 in 2010 which will not be paid until 2011. Shall I retain my auto-entrepreneur status in 黑料网最新入口 and pay the tax on those invoices in 黑料网最新入口?
  2. Will my income in Belgium (which will be taxed there) be somehow counted also in 黑料网最新入口? I realise there are laws preventing double-taxation but what has to be done to keep everything in order?
  3. How do I go about closing down the auto-entrepreneur status, and more important when should I do this? After I have established my residency in Belgium? (This may take some extra time as I am a non EU citizen spouse of an EU citizen).
