Can an auto entrepreneur claim e-commerce expenses?

I if as an auto entrepreneur you are allowed to declare expenses. As a e-commercant, e.g. a re-seller and distributor, it is imperative to be able to declare this expenses as the profit margin is very low. If you cannot declare the supplies i.e. you are charged as a whole profit - which is high.
I have found conflicting information in the internet. On they show a table with how to calculate profit vs. expenses for an e-commercant. Can you certify the validity of this information as correct or incorrect?
