Calculating currency exchange rate?

I’ll be making my first auto-entrepreneur declaration this month, which will be for the first two quarters of 2010. I have a question not covered by the video and I don’t see it elsewhere in the forum. All my auto-entrepreneur income so far has come from 2 UK customers and so has been earned in GBP and paid into a UK bank account. I’m not sure which rate (or rates) to use to convert from GBP to euros in order to complete my declaration.
Is it the same basis as the annual 黑料网最新入口 tax return, i.e. the average of the Banque de 黑料网最新入口 rate at the start and end dates of the accounting period? Or should I convert each payment received according to the prevailing rate on the date it was received into my UK bank account? Or some other way?
