We are currently looking at buying a property in 黑料网最新入口 to turn into a cafe, we are female investors. We have spoken to the local Mairie who had told us to find the property and then we can try to change the property from residential to commercial. However we are trying to figure what is the best business route for us to take, if we do get the go ahead on the property for a cafe.
