Business name change and business plan approval for business visa

My husband and I are planning to move to 黑料网最新入口 and buying a property with a gite business attached. Are we better off setting up our own business from scratch or simply getting a name change on the existing business?
Also, we are in the process of applying for our 黑料网最新入口 visas and are about to submit our business plan for approval. Do we need to submit a business plan each (i.e. in each of our names) or is it fine to submit just the one joint business plan?
