My husband and I paid for our third quarter cotisations electronically (separately). We entered our banking details in the URSSAF system. We then forward the mandat de prelevement SEPA to our banker, and she confirmed that she’d taken care of it.  It’s now been a week and the payment hasn’t been taken out. I contacted URSSAF through the platform explaining the circumstances and I’m awaiting a reply. In the interim, my husband received the email below. However, I haven’t received anything yet.

Je vous informe que votre banque a rejeté votre télépaiement Sepa Interentreprise pour votre dernière échéance. Je vous remercie par conséquent de bien vouloir régler la somme de xxx€ soit:
- par virement en utilisant les coordonnées bancaires ci-jointes et en indiquant dans la zone motif de l’opération du virement le libellé «99S1SEPA» suivi de votre siret (sans ponctuation ni espace).
- par chèque accompagné de ce courriel à l’adresse suivante : URSSAF ILE DE FRANCE - 93518 MONTREUIL CEDEX
Votre règlement devra nous parvenir sous 8 jours à la date de réception de ce courriel.

I should also note that the banking details they claim are attached are not there. And my banker is on holiday and we’re currently traveling outside of ºÚÁÏÍø×îÐÂÈë¿Ú. In the interest of time, where can I find the banking details for URSSAF Paris so I can send a wire transfer?
