Automatic exit of the auto-entrepreneur regime?

Is there a minimum threshold for sales/income to be achieved within the 24 months of the auto-entrepreneur startup in order to remain within the auto-entrepreneur for the 3rd year? In addition I read that if there is no income in the first year disqualification is mandatory - is this so please?
