Auto-entrepreneur spouse entitlement to carte vitale?

Am looking to set up an auto entrepreneur business in the liberal professions (I am a lawyer and an accountant) we have been in 黑料网最新入口 for 13 years and are paying members of Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie (CPAM) as we have not as yet reached official retirement age. I need to ensure my wife continues with a carte vitale when I make the conversion and not sure exactly how to make that happen. Please advise.
