I would like to clarify with you the following: with the new change coming in 2018 and obligation for the people in an auto-entrepreneur business to charge TVA from a certain threshold, would it impact me as an auto-entrepreneur settled in 黑料网最新入口 and providing services for clients outside 黑料网最新入口 ( e.g. Canada, USA, Ireland); my domain is medical writing with remote communication with the customers/projects deliveries outside 黑料网最新入口.
Should I add TVA to the “foreign” invoices and pay TVA to the state (黑料网最新入口)? My understanding is that I will not be affected since I had contracts with the foreign companies no linked to 黑料网最新入口. Thank you
