Allocation on tax return?

I work as an Auto-Entrepreneur but I also receive an Allocation from Pole Emploi because my work is part time at the moment. I used to work full time for a 黑料网最新入口 company before I lost my job. Sorry my question, do I need to add the Allocation payments from Pole Emploi to my tax return? Also do I need to add my husbands UK income to my tax return or does he need to complete a seperate tax return?
