Adresse professionnelle as locataire - implication for landlord?

I rent a house and would like to use its address as the professional address for registering as an AE. The landlord would like to know the implications for him. In general, does the professional address have to be the place where business is done? For example, my AE will be a brewing business. Letters should come to my office at home, however, the brewing itself will be done in a neighbour’s barn. Am I right to be using my home address or should it be my neighbour’s?
