Adding fiancee to auto-entrepreneur as ayant droit to get health cover?

My fiancee is living with me here in 黑料网最新入口, but still pays taxes in the UK. What is the best solution for him with regards health cover? Should I add him to my carte vitale as an ayant droit, or is there a way he can be insured from the UK? He is a self employed musician.
