Activitee Artisanales?

I have registered my business as commerciales activitees online and received all my paperwork, however I am trying to set up my friend as an activitee artisanales on the same site. It appears to send me to the Chambre de Metiers site. Is this correct? He will be a painter and decorator so I am assuming this is the correct site to enter his details.
