The auto-entrepreneur’s social charges rates increased on the 1st January 2013. A decree voted on 28th December has confirmed the new rates for the regime micro social are:
- Trade / commercial activities 14% - previously 12%
- Profession liberale 21.3% - previously 18.3%
- Manual services and crafts 24.6% - previously 21.3%
Turnover declarations from January 2013 has to comply with these new rates. Income tax rates remain the same if you have opted for regime micro fiscal. The auto-entrepreneur turnover thresholds will remain the same in 2013 with 81,500 euros for trade and 32,600 euros for professions services. This decree was published in on 30th December 2012.
